Every Chase agent will have access to a web based virtual office. Here agents can control 100% of their real estate business. Each agent will receive:

  • Personal Company Branded Email Address — Each agent will get their own email address. Each account includes 20 GB of disk space, virus protection, address books, auto-reply, vacation message, SMTP and POP3, mail forwarding, and mobile access on iPhone or Android.
  • Online Purchase of Supplies — We have partnered with local vendors to provide high quality signs, business cards, envelopes and letterhead. All items can be ordered through virtual office.
  • Online eSignatures With Dotloop
 — Every real estate document needed can be found on our virtual office. Sales contracts, disclosures, rental applications and much more. No more searching and wondering if you have the proper documents. We have made controlling paperwork much more manageable.
  • Appointment Desk
 — This service allows buyers agents the ability to make appointments for property viewing. We conveniently schedule the showings on your listings. The showing service will follow your showing instructions. Then, they gather showing agent’s name, company name and email address. After agent has shown property, we then email agent for feedback. Then, provide you and the seller feedback results from the survey. Increased showings + Better Feedback = Faster Sales!
  • Business/Sales Training
 — Monthly training classes focus on the goal of increasing business without increasing work time. Learn from some of the country’s top agents. These classes are not only informative but fun. We record and post all training videos on our virtual office, so you can review or catch up on a missed class.
  • Negotiate Commission Rates —
